Company

Every rooftop is a piece of infrastructure waiting to be used.

DCDATA is a direct response to two problems the world is trying to solve at once: how to build enough compute for the AI era, and how to make that compute genuinely, verifiably carbon-free.

Mission

Turn millions of ordinary rooftops into a cleaner, faster layer of global compute infrastructure.

By pairing decentralised solar and battery systems with modular compute in homes and small businesses — and by paying every stakeholder in that chain transparently and automatically — DCDATA offers a path to deploy verified 24×7 carbon-free compute capacity faster, closer to users, and with more of the economic upside shared with the communities that host it, than a purely centralised model ever could.

What makes DCDATA different

  • Energy-first, not compute-first. Every Node is funded by, and measured against, the clean energy it generates and stores.
  • True 24×7 CFE, independently verifiable. Hourly, Node-level matched carbon accounting — not annual certificates.
  • Zero incremental grid burden, by design. Nodes are provisioned to be net grid-positive.
  • Transparent, automatic payments. Every dollar is split in real time, on a public ledger.
  • A global, repeatable playbook. The same Node design travels from Australian suburbs to communities worldwide.
What is DCDATA?

Not a replacement for hyperscale — a faster-to-build complement.

DCDATA is not a substitute for hyperscale training infrastructure, which remains essential for the largest, most tightly coupled AI training clusters. DCDATA complements centralised infrastructure by adding distributed, dispatchable, verifiably clean capacity for inference, rendering, gaming and other workloads that benefit from proximity to end users, rapid deployment, and a hard carbon-free guarantee — built on rooftops and electrical connections that already exist.

“Every Node DCDATA installs makes the grid it sits on cleaner, more resilient and better utilised — compute is simply what pays for that infrastructure to get built faster.”

Homebuilders & developersPartner on new-build and build-to-rent deployments with DCDATA integrated from the ground up.
Regulators & policymakersSupport frameworks that enable safe, scalable, transparently-paid distributed energy and compute as part of modern grid planning.

The demand for compute is real. So is the demand for clean, verifiable energy.

DCDATA is designed to deliver both, together — one rooftop at a time.
